Our Black Friday offer, in short
Our Black Friday offer takes 35% off our non-refundable rate when you enter the code BLACKOFFER on our website. It needs a stay of three nights or more, and the code is open for bookings from November 10 to December 3, 2026. It isn't applied for you, so type the code in when you book. It also can't be combined with another offer.
That's the whole of it. No package to unpick, no add-ons you didn't ask for.
Which nights the code covers
The code works for check-in dates from November 10, 2026 to December 19, 2027. Some dates are held back:
- Early December 2026: a few nights at the start of the month.
- Christmas to New Year: December 26, 2026 to January 3, 2027.
- Spring 2027: April 30 to May 2, 2027.
- Late 2027: November 29 to December 5, 2027.
If a night you want doesn't take the code, it's one of those. Thanksgiving falls on Thursday, November 26, 2026, and Black Friday on the 27th. Neither is held back, so a Thursday to Sunday stay over the long weekend qualifies.
Which rooms and suites it covers
The code applies to six of our room types. Felix designed each room himself, and every piece in them is custom.

Our Signature Rooms aren't part of this offer. Every room has one main bed; if two of you want to sleep apart, the Junior Suite, Atelier Suite and Grand Luxe Suite each have a sofa bed as well.
What the price includes, and what it doesn't
The 35% comes off the room rate. Taxes (14%) and the $50 resort fee are added on top, as they are on every booking with us. The rate is non-refundable, so once it's booked it can't be cancelled for a refund. Book it when your dates are settled.
Thanksgiving week at our end of the island
This is the slower Miami. We're a 29-room house in a 1948 building at 7418 Harding Avenue, in North Beach. The Atlantic is a few minutes' walk from our gate, and sunbeds and umbrellas wait for you on the sand.
The courtyard is where the day really begins. The Courtyard Pool opens at sunrise and closes at sunset, and 8am is the hour to take it, before the day warms up. Breakfast is laid out at The Breakfast Table from 7 to 11am. The Gym & Sauna is there for a morning on the weights and a long sit in the infrared sauna afterwards. Someone of the house is at The Desk That Never Sleeps at any hour, so a late arrival on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving is no trouble.
If Black Friday means shopping
Bal Harbour Shops is the open-air shopping center north of us, and it's where we send guests who want a day among the boutiques. On foot it's about 40-45 minutes from our gate, a long walk up the coast; most people take a car and save their legs for the shops. Check the center's own holiday hours before you go.
Surfside begins about 25-30 minutes' walk north of us. It's a separate small town, not part of Miami Beach, and we've written up what we send guests to there on our Surfside page.
North Beach Oceanside Park is about 15-20 minutes on foot. It makes a good destination for a Thanksgiving morning walk before the table, with the beach area within the park at the end of it.
Getting here
Miami International Airport is about 30 minutes away by car. We don't have parking or valet on site. The City of Miami Beach public lot (P92) is at 299 72nd Street near Collins Avenue, about two blocks from us, at around $1 an hour with a 10-hour limit. Check the posted rules when you arrive, since rates and overnight conditions can change.
