The public lot we send guests to is City of Miami Beach lot P92 at 299 72nd Street, near Collins Avenue, about two blocks from us, at around $1 an hour with a 10-hour maximum.

We don't offer on-site parking or valet. Most of our guests who drive leave the car at P92, the City of Miami Beach public lot at 299 72nd Street, near Collins Avenue. It's about two blocks from our door at 7418 Harding Avenue.

What it costs and how long you can stay

Rates are generally around $1 an hour. The maximum stay is 10 consecutive hours, so this isn't a lot where you leave a car for several days without moving it. Rates, time limits and overnight conditions can change, so read the posted signs when you arrive.

Arriving with luggage

We have a designated pick-up and drop-off spot at the hotel. Pull in there, unload with us, then take the car round to the lot. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours, so a late arrival is fine.

Skipping the car

Many guests don't need one. The beach, Ocean Terrace and the restaurants on Harding and Collins are close, and Bal Harbour Shops is up Collins to the north. From the airports, most guests take an Uber or Lyft straight to our door.
