Maison Felix is a 29 room boutique hideaway in Miami's North Beach, a restored 1948 residence reimagined by designer Felix Cohen where Mediterranean elegance meets Miami's coastal rhythm. It's a slower, more refined Miami: intimate, artful, and rooted in feeling rather than flash. We're not South Beach, and that's the point. While the big brands chase spectacle, we offer discretion: a lush courtyard oasis hidden behind native plants, custom made furnishings in every room, and the kind of quiet luxury you feel rather than see. Every detail carries the personal signature of Felix Cohen, who spent decades shaping Miami's fashion and design scene before pouring it all into this one property. Honest edge: we're small, we don't have a full service restaurant (poolside dining by day instead), and we're in NOBE rather than the postcard neighborhoods. Guests who get it consider all three of those features, not bugs.

- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in time is after 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Arriving early? We will make every effort to accommodate you based on availability. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time. If early check-in isn't possible, we are happy to securely store your luggage while you explore our property. Need an extra hour? Depending on our occupancy, we can provide a complimentary late check-out until noon, allowing you to make the most of your time with us.
- What type of electrical adaptor do I need?
- The electricity supply here is 110V 60Hz, the same as other US cities and Canada with the same wall plug type.
- How should I handle my phone and data while traveling?
- We recommend calling your cell phone carrier and getting an international plan prior to your arrival, or be sure to turn off cellular & data roaming and push notifications to avoid charges. We suggest using WhatsApp, it's a great way to communicate.
